Refund policy

Auror wants you to love your blanket. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it's unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right — free of charge.
