Shipping policy
All Auror orders ship with free worldwide shipping, directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Please allow the following estimated delivery times after your order is processed:
- Europe: 9–18 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Note: your tracking number may appear a few days before the package physically leaves the warehouse — this is normal, so don't worry if there's no movement right away.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
